Customer Sales Planning is the Risorsa module that allows you to build personalized Customer Plans, define the trade spending budget and manage the sales trend by analyzing the trend and the forecast.
The application allows you to structure highly personalized income statements; the level of data construction allows to obtain effective and efficient analyzes on a monthly basis comparable with KPIs.
The system manages the Budget and Revised scenarios, as well as customized simulations for the User to study the impact of business actions (acceptance of Price lists, launch of new products, deviations from promotional plans)
